We keep this simple and collect as little as possible. VouchGrove does not ask for or store sensitive information — no passwords, no payment details — and we never sell your data. Here's what we do collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Content you submit. Reviews, questions, replies, and any handle or display name you choose. Posts are public.

Technical data. Like most websites, we record basic technical details such as your IP address, only to keep the community safe by preventing spam and abuse. It is never shown publicly.

Signing in with Google. Signing in is optional. If you do, Google shares your name, email, and an account ID with us. We don't keep an account database, your sign-in simply stays in your browser session, not on our servers. When you post, it shows under your name or a handle.

How we use it

To operate and improve the site, display and organize public reviews, keep the service safe (spam, abuse, and moderation), respond to your messages, and comply with the law.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and analytics providers), and when required by law or to enforce our terms.

Retention

We keep content and account data for as long as your account or the content is active, and technical logs for a limited period for security and abuse prevention.

Your choices

You can request removal of a post you authored, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell your data).
