Observed Vermin: Documented in the following areas: - Gnaw marks on torn open bag of Macy's chocolate. - A few rodent droppings on the sales floor, on the sales table with foods, and inside the nearby register counter. - Numerous rodent droppings on the floor and shelving of the back storage area. (Per PIC, no food is stored in this area.) 2. Photographs: Taken for documentation purposes. 3. Supervisor Notified: Anjani Sircar 4. Notification: The person in charge during inspection, Andrew, has been informed that the facility must close immediately.; On the sales floor, observed bag of chocolate peanuts is torn open with gnaw marks and more than halfway empty.
