Observed the whipped cream in the cold table insert for serving line measuring at 50F. Per PIC, whipped cream was prepped 1 hour ago. Additionally, observed cut tomato and onion on top of cold inserts in the back food prep area that were stored overnight measuring at 45F.; Observed a vanilla/milk mixture measuring at 64F. Per PIC, the mixture was prepped yesterday and left out overnight.
