Pest control report not provided at the time of inspection. Assistant manager stated pest control service occurred on 06/09/26. Assistant manager stated that per pest control company, there is a rodent infestation on site.

4. Notification: The person in charge during inspection, Richard, has been informed that the facility must close immediately.
